At The Interview Coaching Academy, we believe every story deserves to be told with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Founded by experienced Media & Communications expert Allison Watson, our mission is to empower professionals, athletes, and leaders to communicate their message with authenticity and impact—on air, on stage, and online.

With over 30 combined years in broadcast journalism, media relations, and communications training, we bring a rare fusion of newsroom precision and sports-world passion. Our accomplished team members have held key positions at major corporations and business entities such as the RJR Communications Group, BBC London, the Office of Utilities Regulation, the Jamaica Red Cross and Tennis Jamaica and have taught at leading academic institutions. Our practical experience spans major events like Reggae Sumfest,  the Air Jamaica/Flow Jazz and Blues Festival, the Boston Jerk Festival among many others.

Today, we channel all our expertise into providing dynamic coaching experiences that help clients “own their narrative.” Whether guiding athletes to shine in the spotlight, preparing executives for boardroom presentations, or training students and/or young professionals to manage media appearances or job interviews confidently, The Interview Coaching Academy transforms hesitation into highly effective communication.
